
Local Pork
$4.00/lb whole, $4.25/lb half
We offer limited pork for sale as half or whole hogs. Prices are measured using the hanging weight, as reported by the butcher. Price does not include butcher processing. We provide an estimate of the butcher costs below, paid directly to the butcher.

Our pigs are fed grain and kitchen scraps. Once our fence is fixed, the pigs will have access to the pasture. The pigs will have a hanging weight of approximately 170lbs per whole. This is an estimate, and will vary per pig.

We currently use Jenkins Meat in Mount Victory Ohio for processing. Once the pigs are dropped off, we will direct you to them to complete your processing order.

Here is a general breakdown of the butcher costs, as of 10/2025:

$60/whole, $30/half kill fee

$0.87/lb processing fee

$1.50/lb additional for all smoked products (ham, bacon, etc)

$1.00/lb additional for all links and patties

A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required to hold a half or whole hog. This will go directly toward the order.
